okay so i made this kinda spicy homestyle chinese stew. it's got carrots and broccoli and bock choy and a bit of sweet potaters and peas and TVP and it's kinda juicy and it has brown rice with it and some organic salad with sesame dressing and whatnot.

jogging's for pussies

Sunday brunch:Kimchi pancakes finally.I had to go down to Jay Jay's on Gotting'en street.The guy guessed a fair price(a doller more than he charged my friend-but thats ok,I'lls fair in love and kimchi)He went out back with a nice big tub of liquid fermented cabbage goodness.

Take this,garlic onions,pancake minus the vanilla,et voila.
Serve with a spicy dipping sauce.
By the way someone needs to tell megan she is hot,she just doesn't believe me.

Tomorrow-vermacelli noodle salade with mushrooms,sprouts,greens herbs and yummy dressing.

BLT

Today for zee lunch we will have the fabulouse BLT. 2 pieces of whole grain bread, soynaise, smoked coconut (no really we have a smoke hut out back), vine ripened tomato, served with green garden salad with balsamic vinegrette and fresh dill.

We will be giving you a review tomorrow, so next time we make zee fabulouse BLT you will be sure to get in here and have one.

vegan facts

A very lovely bird who works at the Garrison Brewery had brought to my attention that the beer brewed at Garrison is vegan.Yes VEgaN.In fact to quote bird,most larger brewers aren't vegan.They use bones for filtering agents or beef tallow.Hmm.Concerning isn't it?
Well he said that comfortingly, most European beers are regulated and so are the processes.
Then he asked about BLTs.We are having veg. BLTs monday.
