a time for stew

today's lunch is a mediterranean stew.
what makes it mediterranean you ask?
well there's eggplants, red peppers, zuchinnis, tomatoes and potatoes, engulfed in a sweet chickpea broth.
there's also some nice greens, rice, and a freshly baked biscuit waiting....
