Workin overtime

Defeat hunger!

For everyone who wasn't able to make it to yesterday's lunch (which I should be gloating about, it was so good! and so much left over...) Siobhan and I have an assembly line working on handmade perogies, full of spiced potatoes, onions and garlic.

We will boil them, then fry them up in a mixture of scallions and margerine. Oh, but that's just part of the meal!

Also being served is a second edition of my homemade tomato soup, full of several pounds of fresh plum tomatos and celery, then pureed to spicey perfection!

Not to mention the slice of buttered (if you prefer) french bread on the side!

This truly is the lunch of ages!
And all for $5.70, how can we stay open?!
