Back by popular demand: burritos!

Today is burrito day at the Café: fresh hand-rolled wheat flour tortillas filled with love, served with garnishes and Mexican rice and agua fresca (watermelon juice).

They're made to order while I'm here; fillings can include frijoles (refried beans), spicy chipotle potatoes, sausage-like tofu, cheese, rice, I can make them with a salsa roja or a salsa verde, whole jalapeño peppers, whatever's good. If you ask nicely maybe it can be fried into a chivichanga.

Stay late and take in the Stolen Minks and Music Inspired the Film show at night.
