today, marissa is making vegan quiche (or, tofu pie, however you like). nice pie crust with crumbled spiced tofu and vegetables and whatnot. she's also making spinach salad (she was going to make garden salad, but we didn't have any good lettuce). of course, there's also ginger tea. and the whole thing costs just five bucks. man. five bucks.

"Vegano" Pizza Pie!!

Today we have a special guest cook Marissa (of Valentine's dinner fame!) preparing a delectable vegan oat-cheese stuffed-crust pizza. Garlic lovers take note! Pizza is served with a side of crunchy vegan caesar salad.

today, we are featuring the fabulous stacey at the helm of the one world space ship. she promises to make dragon bowls: brown rice smothered (really) in tofu and vegetables, including, but not limited to, eggplant, carrot, squash, and covered with tahineh dressing. served with ginger tea.

we also have vegan cabbage soup, veggie burgers, bagels, hummus and other assorted foodstuffs. and hey, leave a message if you have menu suggestions.

today we have trinidadian rotis filled with squash and potato curry with a broccoli salad on the side.

we dont have lunch specials on the weekends as of yet which is why we havent posted in a couple of days.. do you think we should sell lunch on the weekends?

Today Karan is making vegetarian tacos (with TVP) and black bean and tomato rice. ¡Olé! Served with ginger tea.

today at one world we are serving trinidad rotis (filled with chickpea and potato curry) with a salad on the side, and ginger tea.
