My Big Fat Greek Lunch

On todays menu i have decided to go a little Greek. I started off making a fresh greek salad which includes, (but is not limited to) fresh kamata olives, tomatoes, and feta(optional) with my home-made balsalmic garlic dressing. Next i decided to go a little Tuscan, and use some Sun-dried tomaotes for my in a vegan rose sauce. Which also includes grilled garlic tofu, ripe tomatoes and green and red peppers. All of this flavourful abundance is poured over linguini.......my mouth is watering,

A taste of India

Another international day at One World, where I'll be cooking up a traditional delicious Biryani Pilaf chock full of cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint and more!! I'll be serving this with tandoori spiced tofu that is marinating overnight, a side of curried vegetables the best chana masala (chickpeas curry) I think I've ever made in my entire g-damn life!!!

today we have a grilled curried tofu sandwich made with vegan mayo and lots of fresh veggies. topped with apples, bean sprouts, tomatoes, fried mushrooms, and lettuce, served on whole wheat bread.

Latin Brunch!

The heavens have blessed us with glory, so I grabbed it and cooked it with Plantains. Beautiful!

Baked Plantains with butter and honey, some cinammon and other secret stuff, served with Mantequilla (the white dip thingy), spanish rice and the always-amazing refried beans!

Indian Summer

My mom and I have spent two hours kneading, rolling and frying up delicious rotis!!

the return of the dragon bowl!

today we have the veggie dragon bowl which is served on organic brown rice with so many veggies i cant even name them, seriously. there is also some tofu on there and its served with meghans peanut sauce.
the dragon bowl will now be served every monday!! the new weekly menu should be worked out by next week at the latest. its already started yesterday with juans mexican brunch. yum.
