Indian Summer
Today is a deliciously international day at One World, where I'll be cooking up a traditional delicious Biryani Pilaf chock full of cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint and more!! I'll be serving this with tandoori spiced tofu that is marinating overnight, a side of curried vegetables and chana masala (chickpeas curry).
My mom and I have spent two hours kneading, rolling and frying up delicious rotis!!
