A taste of India
Another international day at One World, where I'll be cooking up a traditional delicious Biryani Pilaf chock full of cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint and more!! I'll be serving this with tandoori spiced tofu that is marinating overnight, a side of curried vegetables the best chana masala (chickpeas curry) I think I've ever made in my entire g-damn life!!!
